The RMA form consists of:

- Return Mailing Label: This contains the address of the fulfillment center. Please affix it to your return package (note: return postage is not provided).

- Return Authorization Slip: This includes a barcode and item description, and it must be included inside the return package.

QCY APP is available on iOS and Android devices.
You can search for it and download it directly from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can also scan the APP QR code in the product manual to download it.

To resolve connection issues, follow these steps:

1. Check if the product you purchased supports the QCY app.
Not all models are compatible with the app, so verify this first.

2. Ensure proper pairing steps:
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, but do not connect the earbuds via Bluetooth initially.
- If your earbuds are already connected to your phone, remove them from the Bluetooth connection list.
- When connected via Bluetooth first, the earbuds will not enter pairing mode, preventing the app from detecting them. The app must find the earbud's signal directly during the binding process.

3. Follow the app instructions:
Once the app detects your earbuds, follow the on-screen instructions to pair with the device.

4. Automatic connection:
After successful pairing, your earbuds will automatically connect to your phone via Bluetooth.

When logging in for the first time, you need to register an APP account to facilitate recording the historical settings of the headset. The APP also supports guest mode, so you can use the APP without registering.
