1. General Shipping Information:

1) Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
2) We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3) Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. 
4) In addition to transit time, there may be processing time. 

2.Does the item come with free shipping?

Most countries support free shipping, except for some remote countries or some heavy products.

  • Orders for Brazil and Argentina, Mexico require customers to pay customs duties during local clearance.
  • Bangladesh, Argentina, Indonesia, Belarus, Puerto Rico these countries shipping time limit need 45 days-60 days, please consider clearly when buying, once the order is sent out does not support cancellation.

Due to global logistic issues, we've closed shipments to the following countries:Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, Nigeria, Russia, Ukraine.You can also purchase QCY products through online and offline authorized stores in your country/region. We apologize for the inconvenience.

4. How will my delivery be shipped?

USA and Canada, Italy will be shipped from local warehouses. Under normal circumstances, the US and Canada can arrive within 3-7 days. Italy will arrive in 1-2 days. The exact logistics time will vary according to the stock of different products.

5. How Can I Track My Order?

If you have a qcy.com account you can view your order's status under the "My Orders" tab of your account page. If you do not have an account you track your order here. You will need your order number and contact email on hand.

6.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. QCY will not replace the order or issue a refund.

7.What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

8.Free Shipping Restrictions:

The free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping. Shipments are subject to the carrier on-time performance and availability. Subject to change without notice.

9. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
