1. Get the QCY App.
The QCY app is available on iOS and Android devices. It can be installed from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

The app itself doesn’t normally need location access. However, when Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is used to find your earbuds, Android requires location permission.

Your headphones may be out of power. Please use a 5V charger to charge them for two hours.
When the charging case is fully charged, it can fully charge the earbuds 3 times. On the 4th time it will partially charge the earbuds to approximately 60%.

To reset MeloBuds Pro:
1. Delete the previous connection records on the phone.
2. With the earphones in the charging case, open the charging case and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds. The red light on the earphones will flash 5 times.

We offer various ear tip sizes to ensure a good fit. To find the best fit:
