The app itself doesn’t normally need location access. However, when Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is used to find your earbuds, Android requires location permission.

No, they cannot. The ear clips can be connected to two devices at the same time using Dual Connection, but they can only play audio from one device at a time.
Yes, they can be used directly upon being taken out of the case, including when only removing a single earbud.
To connect two devices:
1. Pair the headphones with device A.
2. Disable Bluetooth on device A, and the headphones will enter pairing mode.
3. Pair the headphone with device B.
4. Re-enable Bluetooth on device A and reconnect to the headphones.

1. The HT18 boasts ultra-high-definition Hi-Fi sound quality. Our HT18 utilizes MEMS speakers, significantly enhancing high and ultra-high frequencies. However, this high-frequency enhancement somewhat limits the HT18's high-frequency noise cancellation performance.
2. Please use a different noise cancellation mode on the QCY app (not adaptive). This will achieve the same effect as the HT08.
If the noise cancellation is still ineffective, you can disable adaptive noise cancellation mode and switch to 'Noisy Mode' in the app, adjusting it to the maximum noise cancellation depth.
Adaptive mode adjusts the noise cancellation depth based on environmental conditions (higher ambient noise, deeper noise cancellation; lower ambient noise, shallower noise cancellation), providing a more comfortable noise cancellation experience and reducing ear pressure discomfort in suitable environments.
