Great Product for short

I really like them after having them for a while, I am not the kind of user to use the noise cancelation or transparency mode that much, but i like them regardless. I love the fact that I can personalize the EQ for them, and I found that the Default fits my sound preferences perfectly.

I would still like to make a recommendation/suggestion for the product. I would loooove to see in the app some option for a sound effect on touch use , sometimes there is a delay between me touching the ear-pod and the actual pause of the music to occur (not a long one, but long enough for me to click once more and to play it again). It would be such a nice update if you can introduce this option in the app. I believe that is possible without much effort though some firmware update? Please let me know if this will be implemented in the future.

Other than that, battery life and day to day use for this money is INCREDIBLE!!!

I recently bought the QCY T13 ANC earbuds. Overall, the product itself is good and I’m satisfied with the sound quality and features.
However, the Android application needs improvement. I noticed two major issues:
- The app takes a very long time to identify and connect to the earbuds.
- In the equalizer section, once you customize the sound settings, you cannot edit the existing customization anymore. Even for a small adjustment, you must create a completely new custom profile from the beginning.
I hope these issues can be improved in future updates.

Better than expected

Mainly bought for calling purpose, even with 4 mics the call quality is really good. I already made my purchase however, there are ear buds with 6 mics with little price difference also.
