I have QCY H3 Pro over-the-ear headphones and really like those, so I purchased these as soon as I saw them announced. The sound quality is decent overall, haven't found the best EQ setting for them yet and the default ones could be better. The ANC is quite good for earbuds, especially at this price. The transparency mode is good, but things are a little high pitched when it plays the outside sound through the headphones. The battery life is great so far, haven't had to charge them yet. I've had one phone call with them and the other person didn't complain or even mention anything so that seems fine.
The reason for the 4 star rating is a few minor things. First, the touch controls on the earbuds is inconsistent and doesn't always work properly. I often have to tap on them multiple times to get it to register, and by then it would be easier to grab my phone and change things. Also, the in-ear detection doesn't work great even at the highest sensitivity - sometimes it will pause automatically but not always. And lastly, it would have been nice to have foam ear tips included, or at least an option to buy them as an accessory after. The sound isolation with the silicone tips is not great, so without ANC turned on, you can hear a lot of outside noise coming through. QCY isn't a huge brand so there aren't really any clear aftermarket options available that are designed to fit, it would be trial and error to see what works or not and I haven't tried any yet.
Overall I'm happy with them, the build quality is okay but to be expected at this price point. We will see how long they last, but I'm hoping these will hold up well over time.
