QCY joined Mercado Libre in 2021 and began large-scale operations in 2023, identifying Mexico as a strategic entry point due to its large and digitally engaged consumer base and strong demand for affordable consumer electronics. By analyzing platform data, category trends, and user feedback, QCY refined its product offerings to align with local preferences. Several core earphone models quickly gained traction, achieving steady daily sales growth. In Mexico alone, the flagship product T13 sold over 100,000 units in 2024, demonstrating both market fit and execution capability.
From Hit Products to a Scalable Growth Engine
By focusing on high cost-performance earphone models and leveraging platform insights, QCY quickly gained traction in Mexico. Within six months, monthly GMV grew from approximately USD 30,000 to USD 300,000, achieving 10× growth and validating strong product-market fit.
Building on this momentum, QCY entered a phase of sustained expansion. From 2024 to 2025, sales on Mercado Libre Mexico increased 50% year over year, driven by localized channel operations, social-led promotion, and a responsive supply chain tailored to peak demand.
A major milestone was the launch of Mercado Libre–exclusive earphone models customized for the Mexican market. Developed using consumer feedback, review data, and after-sales insights, the model achieved stable daily sell-through within three months. Sales on Mercado Libre Mexico exceeded 1 million units, while cumulative global sales reached 3 million units by 2024, demonstrating strong scalability.

Deepening Local Presence for Sustainable Regional Growth
Beyond commercial performance, QCY invests in long-term brand building across Latin America through localized marketing, social media engagement, and collaborations with creators and cultural partners—supporting its evolution from a product-focused seller into a trusted consumer technology brand.
Mexico remains a core market for QCY with strong growth potential. As local regulations and compliance requirements continue to evolve, QCY is simultaneously enhancing its compliance and operational capabilities to drive market development in a more robust and sustainable way.
